Plastic Inserts for Jars

Our jar liners are simple but effective additions for anyone packaging creams, balms, gels or lotions. The polypropylene disc sits between the jar and lid, helping keep sticky or oily products from collecting on the underside of the lid, creating a cleaner, more professional user experience. By forming a light barrier above the product, it may also also help during transport and support overall product freshness.

They are most beneficial for thicker cosmetic formulations and similar products, while very thin liquids may see less benefit. To help minimise unnecessary plastic waste, liners are not included as standard and are instead available as an add-on for customers who feel their product would benefit from the extra protection. Made from durable polypropylene, they provide a practical and tidy finishing touch for many jar applications.

Polypropylene is a widely used plastic (PP-5) that is recyclable where facilities exist, and can commonly be found in items like yogurt pots and bottle caps.
