This pressure sensitive liner is manufactured to fit glass jars with a 68mm neck opening. The measurement refers to the internal rim diameter across the full opening of the jar.

It is important that the correct liner size is selected for use with your jar. Using a liner on a jar with a smaller opening may cause the liner to overlap the rim, preventing it from bonding correctly and compromising the seal. To ensure best performance, always match the liner diameter to the corresponding jar neck size.

If you are purchasing the liner on its own, please note that it measures 68mm. This measurement is taken across the full opening of the jar (the neck opening) and should match your container exactly. While this liner may also be suitable for other 68mm jars, we can only guarantee compatibility with our own 250ml glass jar, which has been tested to ensure the correct fit and sealing performance.

No specialist equipment is required. Simply place the pressure sensitive liner inside a compatible screw cap with the sealing side facing the jar, fill your container and tighten the lid firmly. The pressure created by the closure activates the adhesive, allowing the liner to bond naturally to the rim of the jar.

For best results, allow approximately 24 hours for the liner to fully adhere before removing the lid.
