This pressure sensitive liner is manufactured to fit glass jars with an 88mm neck opening. This measurement refers to the internal rim diameter across the full opening of the jar.

It is essential that the correct liner size is selected for your container. Using a liner on a jar with a smaller opening may cause overlap onto the rim, preventing proper adhesion and compromising the seal. For best performance, always match the liner diameter exactly to the jar neck size.

If you are purchasing the liner separately, please note that it measures 88mm across the full jar opening (neck diameter). While this liner may also fit other 88mm jars, we can only guarantee compatibility with our own 500ml glass jar, which has been fully tested for correct fit and sealing performance.

No specialist equipment is required. Simply place the pressure sensitive liner inside a compatible screw cap with the sealing side facing the jar, fill your container, and tighten the lid securely.
