All Quality Bottles Glass Jars, are made from High Quality Glass, that is suitable for Candle Use. In order to comply with the relevant ISO Std for Candle products, you must conduct burn tests with your combination of Jar, Wax Fuel, Wick Type, Number and Placement within the jar to ensure your finished product meets the criteria for safety.
Quality Bottles, have Aluminium Candle Lids in Silver, Gold and Matte black finishes. The lids are EPE Lined to ensure a tight seal that preserves the fragrance before opening.
As an online shop, you have 30 days to return any item to us in its original saleable format if you change your mind for any reason
Quality Bottles Pack all orders the same day they are received each day. We guarantee that all orders placed for in stock items by 11am, will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11.00 may still ship the same day but is subject to the courier collection time. Orders placed over the weekend will be packed and sent on the first working day after the weekend. (usually Monday) We guarantee to deliver next day or we will refund any shipping charge made for Next day delivery.
When we ship the order you receive an email with your tracking number. Please use this reference to follow up with DHL in case the item doesn't arrive as expected. Couriers will not discuss any shipment with us as sender, unless delivery has been attempted and or you have already contacted them by customer services. this is to prevent potential parcel theft. If the delivery can not be resolved by DHL, Please email us directly on info@qualitybottles.co.uk advising us your name, order ref and tracking number. we will help liaise with the carrier to resolve any delay issues.
in the very occasional event that a box and or product is damaged (which happens less than 1 in every 200 shipments) please take a picture of the outer shipping carton and a picture of the unopened trays, or unpacked jars showing the damage. Please send this within 7 days to us by email or whatsapp info@qualitybottles.co.uk Whatsapp +447981855670 we can then organise to send replacements or credit the damaged items as appropriate to the circumstances and items..
